Stephanie Hodges: Originally from West Virginia, moved to Charlotte in 1988 and on to the Triad in 2016. I have been in real estate since the early 90’s and have been a licensed broker since 2003. I absolutely love real estate, the homes, the décor, the vendors, and all of my clients, whom many have become friends in the process. I find it so satisfying to see the new home building process, to watch a dream become a reality… from an empty lot to a beautiful home!
