PLAN DESCRIPTION
This wonderful home has a very large family room with an optional fireplace on the main level. The kitchen has tons of storage and plenty of workspaces, even more, when you elect to add the optional island. The kitchen opens to the large dining area, which has a French door leading to the backyard. Finishing out the main level is the powder room, large coat closet, and laundry. Look out the palladium window as you ascend to the second level. The grand primary suite is private and has a huge walk-in closet.
