I have lived in Wyngate Villages for over 3 and a half years and I have enjoyed every minute of it! The community is beautiful, well-maintained and quiet. My home is my retreat. Keystone Homes building plans and available upgrades are outstanding.  Often townhomes look very similar to apartments, especially upstairs. I selected my home because this was not the case. The upstairs is as beautiful as the downstairs. In addition to the outstanding property, Darren Cloninger, Keystone Homes Community Sales Manager, has been incredibly accommodating and helpful with our community's needs. He keeps us informed and goes above and beyond to assist with issues that are more than likely not even part of his actual job. You will frequently see him out and about in the community checking on each area and saying hello to the homeowners. He knows everyone by name and is always friendly and personable. I moved into my home in Wyngate Villages in November 2011.  Although we are in the Winston-Salem city limits and close to almost anything one could want, it almost seems that I am living in a country oasis.

I wanted to share my thoughts about customer service and Darren Cloninger, as he stands far apart from the 'norm'.  It looked like I might retire 2 years sooner than I actually did and while I was living in the Chicago burbs, some friends in Winston helped me with some "leg work" and sent me information on some townhomes, including Keystone's Wyngate Villages.  I asked Darren for many details, including the exact measurement from one of the bedroom windows to the corner in the master to see if my wall bed would fit -- and he went directly over to the model, measured it and send me a reply within the hour.  Two years later, when I actually did retire, Darren even sent me the wiring diagram for me to mark up with my desired changes.  He helped me with the process of numerous custom changes, including the changing of the garden tub in the master to a large walk in shower.

I was living in Pennsylvania when construction started on my home, so I was not able to stop in from time to time to see the progress,  Darren faithfully sent me digital photos weekly (sometimes bi-weekly) so I could follow the progress.  Many sales persons just move on to seek new clients once the sales contract is signed, but not Darren.  He was my true partner in the process of me building my first new-construction home.  Thanks, Darren.

Darren Cloninger provided excellent customer service from the first time I walked into the Keystone models at Wyngate Villages until the day of closing on my beautiful new townhome. Darren's low-pressure sales approach makes the purchase of a new home an enjoyable and rewarding experience. Of course, I came to visit the models and the construction site numerous times. Each time, Darren was positive, engaging, helpful, and humorous. If he was busy with another client, he would give me the key to the model and let me "help myself." If he was not busy, he would spend as much time as I needed answering questions, making suggestions, helping me make informed decisions, etc. Darren was never too busy to assist with my purchase throughout the home-buying process. Once I had made a decision to purchase a home, Darren was proactive and sent me emails indicating the progress of the construction, the addition of landscaping, the arrival of appliances, fixtures, electricity, and other aspects right up until completion. He also made very smart suggestions in the selection of options and was very helpful with exterior / interior choices. He knows his product very well (and it is a great product) and he obviously enjoys his job and enthusiastically welcomes new owners into the Wyngate Villages community. On May 30th, 2012 I completed a closing at 5958 Wyngate Village and I wanted to express how impressed I was with Darren Cloninger. From the moment we walked into the model he made my client, Summer Hanna, and I feel right at home.

Rarely do I find an agent that is so knowledgeable and caring. He knows his product and gave a real feeling of trust in that product.
