Service Warranty Procedures

Non-emergency items:

You should maintain a list on the Warranty Request Form, please complete and mail to the address on the form, or email cwells@gokeystone.com for 2 months and 11 months only. Our goal is to provide a one-trip/one-time-period service call. We will enter your home and correct items deemed to be the builder’s responsibility. (Refer to your RWC warranty for these responsibilities.)

Emergency items:

Call subcontractors immediately (See subcontractor list). If you do not get a response, call us at 336-856-0111.

Please note:

If you call about a non-emergency item, you will be asked to simply put the item on your list. It is not possible for us to enter your house on a daily basis to fix one minor item. We understand the aesthetics of your own are of utmost importance to you. However, we have many homeowners, and many houses under construction, and we simply must follow our above stated follow up policy. We thank you in advance for following this policy, thus decreasing frustration for everyone.
